I first met the staff at a wedding fayre and was impressed at the enthusiastic, discreet and professional attitude. I phoned several times and always received friendly, helpful and professional responses. Photoshoot was great - not scary or embarassing thanks to Dave. Make up and hair was brilliant - it was helpful that staff popped in and out - friendly and calming. Nice to have a private changing room - lovely and clean and warm. Photos are wonderfully artistic and excellent quality. Thank you all for making this such a positive experience - memorable for all the right reasons! :-)
