Thai style roast duck served on steamed fresh green vegetables toped with Chef’s own special sauce

Fillets of white fish topped with an aromatic red curry sauce with Thai lime leaves and sweet basil

Stir fried fresh tiger prawns with cashew nuts, onions, mushroom and peppers
