Last week I went on a social media course. These courses are popping up all over the place as businesses seek to understand using social media to promote themselves.
I guess my take on it is that it has to be fun. That's what building any kind ofrelationship is about, or should be. Genuine liking leading to trust. If you can build this type of relationship using social media great. If not are we losing the point?
