Steve Winn from Riverside Butchers joined 5 other finalists in last weeks final for " Britains Best Sausages" a competition held to celebrate National Sausage Week.
Steve travelled to Milton Keynes for the heats of the sausage competition. Chosen to be in the final 6 from a field of 250. The finals were held at the Bristol Clifton and judged by Craig Revel Horwood.
The judges were looking for sausages that celebrate the taste, quality and rich diversity of the great traditional pork sausage, so if you love sausages this recent success by Riverside Butchers shows they are truly amongst the best in the nation.
