I'd like to add to this. We recently had a problem that required a factory reset to correct it. However, we were worried about being able to replace one particular app that was vital to the creative work my wife does. Will and the team were able to carry out the reset while saving the app. Brilliant and my wife was very relieved. The laptop now works as it should as well . 5 stars? No, definitely 6 stars. Thanks again Will and the team.

Friendly quick service. Cleaned laptop of viruses and installed antivirus software. Ordered a phone cover at the same time. Unfortunately the cover didn't fit properly so got my money back.

I ordered a custom build PC from SMS. They have built a machine that matches the spec I gave them at a fair price for a high quality device. Had a security issue on my Laptop, my security software was not up to the Job.

I spilt an entire bottle of water on my brand new Mac computer, which was stressful as you can imagine. The team went above and beyond (even letting me borrow a computer for work) whilst mine was being looked at. All communications were clear and I felt the pricing was fair. They also assisted me with the minefield that is dealing with insurers.

Best service I've ever had anywhere ever! I took a iPhone in for repair, it was fixed in record time with also other issues fixed as a bonus. A really reasonable price for the service. The staff there are great, really nice friendly people. Couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend!
