Kasia Pawlak specialises in helping adults who had a difficult childhood or adolescence and need assistance in coming to terms with their experiences to enable them to live a full life.

Kasia can also assist in the following issues: - stress and burnout, depression and bereavement, anxiety and panic attacks, low self-esteem, relationship problems, loss of purpose and sense in life, lack of sense of who you truly are or feeling lost and stuck.

Apart from talking therapy, Kasia is also able to work creatively to help you unlock your past experiences and overcome them, using storytelling, art, play, archetypes, and bodywork when appropriate. Kasia is able to adapt her tools to your needs and preferences, shaping your therapy in a way that suits you best and enables you to explore your issues safely.

Kasia works remotely over Skype, Zoom or WhatsApp to make your sessions easily accessible and comfortable for you or she can see you in person if you prefer.

Being a safe and sound professional, Kasia works with many issues such as neglect, abuse, or abandonment and helping to develop healthy habits for the future.

Accredited by the governing body of the UK Council for Psychotherapy, Kasia is fully insured and supported by them and you can be wholly confident that you are in the right hands.

“UKCP The UK Council for Psychotherapy is the leading organisation for psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors in the UK. Alongside offering professional support for their members they regulate the profession and promote access to psychotherapy for all.”

Psychotherapy can help us in profound ways, not only in solving immediate issues but in transforming the way we think, feel and behave. It can unlock our potential by improving our relationship with ourselves and with others. This not only benefits the individuals receiving therapy, but it also impacts their families, friends, colleagues and communities.

If you are ready to take the next step in your life, please email Kasia to book a no obligation confidential telephone call to discuss how she may help you.
