We called Justin in because we thought we might have a rat in our loft. He soon identitified that it was a squirrel that had been visiting us and blocked up all the routes in under the eaves with great success (I actually saw the squirrel a couple of times, hanging from the guttering trying to get back in!). Justin was quick, professional and efficient and we have no hesitation in recommending his services.

We cannot recommend Justin (Prokill) highly enough. We had both a problem with squirrels and rats. He came to our house very promptly, even at the weekend. He didn't just cure our pest issue he also sealed up likely access points. He provided a very professional service and gave us lots of useful information, to prevent further infestation.
Having had a recurring problem with rats for several years I called Prokill hoping they could offer a more comprehensive investigation than the local authority. I wasn't disappointed. Justin attended promptly and carried out a thorough investigation in the house and garden, explaining every step. He also helped with moving light furniture and flooring in the house and probing in the garden and sewer, all of which I could not have done on my own. He traced the root of the problem and gave helpful advice on how to proceed with necessary repairs as well as carrying out further work in the house to ensure an entry point was suitably blocked. So professional, kind and caring and at a very fair price. I'm so glad I Googled Prokill - highly recommended!

We came accross Prokill after being unhappy with a much larger pest control chain who were charging us the earth and not performing. Justin and his team are available by phone and always respond within an acceptable and sometimes immediate timescale. I want to say how grateful I am to the team at Prokill. They sorted out my problem in short order! Being a keen gardener I was devastated to wake up one morning and see the damage moles had done to my lovely lawn - my pride and joy! From a bowling green it had turned into a lunar landscape over night. When bemoaning my fate to a friend, he recommended Prokill. Justin turned up promptly and I was fascinated to watch the procedure he used to rid me of these pests. Having received a very poor service from our previous pest control company, Prokill could not be more different. They are professional, punctual and hardworking. They strive to provide the best possible care and follow a problem through, even if it persists, until they reach its conclusion. Justin and Phil are always at the end of the phone and will attend site as soon as they can to deal with ANYTHING. I can not praise Prokill enough.
Having tried my district council and another local company with no luck, it was a pleasure to call Justin at Prokill and have him arrive within 30 minutes! He did a very thorough job of investigating my property to find where the rats were entering, feeding and nesting. He arrived for his follow up visit at the time promised, and also made an extra unplanned visit to check everything was ok. I have now been rat free for 2 weeks, but if I do get any signs of them returning I know I can call Justin and he will be back quickly! I would highly recommend Justin to anyone.
