Swansea scores highly with the latest set of a A level results.
With nearly 26% of Swansea students scoring an A grade at A level they beat the rest of Wales.
The Welsh average was 23% of students getting the top grade.
Nothing typified the success of pupils in Swansea more than the results in Gower College where 1600 students got their results and the college gained a pass rate of 98%.
