I used Pickfords for my recent property purchase. Mohammed took my initial enquiry before passing my case to Harjinder who became the solicitor who dealt with my case. Harjinder was excellent in keeping me informed and gave updates along the way with the progress of the sale. Whilst the fees were higher than other competitors, I was more than happy with the service I received. You definitely get what you pay for and I feel the price reflected the service I received and some! They have an online case management system to enable customers to communicate with the office and shows what stage your case is currently at. I would recommend Pickfords for your conveyancing without a shadow of a doubt and have already passed their details to my friends and family!

I was incredibly impressed with the service received from this firm. I thought I was going to lose the house I was buying due to some technicalities, but luckily, Mr Kasujee was able to take control of the situation and complete the conveyancing by the deadline given to us by the previous owner. I highly recommend Pickford Solicitors. Jas and his team represented us when selling our day nursery and were amazing throughout the process. When we faced challenges ( which is inevitable when selling a business and building), Jas remained calm and positive and worked through whatever was needed to be done. Overall we had excellent service from Pickfords, particularly in the final weeks of our sale and purchase. Harjinder always responded to emails promptly and we were really pleased to have completed our purchase relatively quickly. The only downside was the slow communication at the beginning of our purchase, particularly through the app as we didn’t understand all that needed from us. An overall very positive experience and we would definitely recommend.
