Excellent service. Respectful and professional from beginning to end. Lilies were happy to adapt packages to suit the wishes of the family and their prices were excellent compared to others. However, the service was in no way any less than you would of have expected if you’d paid more. Can’t recommend enough.

Words cannot express how the lads from this company made dealing with our loss so much easier, compassionate, kind and caring and going the extra mile was absolutely no problem to them. When my mother in Law recently passed away, we didn't know where to start with organising the funeral. Lee and Nathan and the team looked after us all the way. The communication between us was very helpful. Everything was explained and organised giving us comfort as a family. They gave us support at our time of need. Completely professional from start to finish.

I can’t rate this firms professionalism highly enough. I chose Lilies to conduct my Dad’s funeral and it was really important everything went right on the day. Lilies looked after my mother's funeral and have done her proud. I contacted Lillies when I knew that my husband was extremely ill and the family had been told that he would definitely not improve- they gave me advice on what to do next in a friendly and professional manner. When the time came that my husband actually died they guided me from start to finish-even contacting the Birmingham registrar on my behalf. I would definitely recommend Lilies as my family were treated with dignity and nothing was too much trouble for Lillies - they provided an excellent speaker to do the service and I would certainly recommend them.
