Hampered by faulty spare parts from suppliers - not the plumbers fault. Arrived before scheduled time and completed job to my satisfaction.
The company were very accommodating and put in a lot of effort to work out what was wrong with the system. This meant arranging a specialist on short notice. The plumbers were very friendly, reassuring and trustworthy. I will use them again.
We used watertight solutions for a leaking immersion heater and other subsequent plumbing problems. I phoned them in an emergency on a Monday morning and they arrived promptly. Jamie was very knowledgeable and efficient and also worked very cleanly! The service we received from Phil was also great. They made an effort to source, collect and install a new tank the same day and stayed late to get the job done. Jamie kept us informed of what he was doing throughout the process. The prices were also very competitive so we will be using them again in the future.

Our boiler stopped working on the day that there was 6 inches on snow outside, all over the country! I phoned at about 10 am and spoke to very friendly person, who arranged for someone to come out to investigate around lunch time the same day. The man who came was friendly and thorough. He managed to find and fix the problem in about 20 minutes, then stayed for a bit longer to check all was well. I was very impressed that they could come on the same day, actually 15 minutes earlier than they said. British Gas said the earliest they could come was 5 days later, and they would charge twice the price!
