Well after reading all the fab comments about this gym I have booked myself an appt to go along been looking for a ladies gym in the seaham area for ages - for anyone else who's looking to join a ladies only gym I will report back after my visit - on my initial telephone conversation first impressions are looking good!!!!

Come along to Bodyline to get fit, have a laugh and make new friends. I have been a member since 1998 and have never looked back.Our oldest member is 80 and our youngest are only 18 so any age are welcome.

This gym is brilliant if your self conscious because it is a ladies only gym. The staff a very helpful and show you how to use the toning tables and gym equipment. The members are very friendly which is great if your looking to meet new people. I love the fact that it is great value for money and you arent tied in from month to month so you can go at your own leisure. Ive been going for 4 months now and wouldnt go anywhere else. ive also got my friend to join too.

This gym is great because its for women only so you never feel self conscious when working out. The staff are very helpful and show you how to use the gym equipment and toning tables to get the best results. The members are all very friendly and all get along with each other, and some times have nights out together which is brilliant if you like to meet new people. Ive been using this gym for 4 months now and wouldnt go anywhere else! ive even got my friend to join. Its good value for money and you arent tied in if you decide you dont want to go anymore. There are no posers and women of all ages who go. Theres something for everyone whether you just want to use the toning tables or lose weight on the tredmill and cross trainer etc. I would recommend it to anyone.

As ladies gyms go this has to be the best in the area! The staff are so friendly and approachable. When you go to Bodyline you always feel at ease and comfortable with the people around you as they are all in the same boat.
The facilities are great to use and cater for all types of fitness, especially the toning tables, which are fab.
I would recommend this gym to any woman as it has a completely relaxed atmosphere AND there isn't any lycra, which is an added bonus!
In short BODYLINE is brilliant!!!

I love Bodyline because in the last year it has helped me lose my baby weight after having my little boy. I am now at my ideal weight and bodyline has helped me lose a stone in 8 weeks!! I am over the moon i am now a much happier and healthier lady, who loves to exercise at this friendly gym.

Friendly,welcoming ladies gym.no men and no lycra. enjoyble way to loose weight and get fit. theres no yearly contracts so you wont loose anything if you find it hard to attend.i was nervous going for the first time on my own but needn't have been everyones there for the same reason.A great gym to meet people and have fun. Highly recommended.

A friendly ladies only gym. A good selection of gym equipment and toning tables that give great results. Helpful staff with advice on exercise and safe use of the equipment. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone and if you have never been to a gym before this is just what you need.

Bodyline is just the best gym and toning tables to go to. Everyone there is so friendly, and great to get on with. You dont need any posh lycras to wear. As far as toning up, you only need ten sessions to lose a dress size, its just FANTASTICCCCC. So come on girls, its now time to get some serious toning done. I love it, oh I almost forgot the staff there are brilliant.

THIS LADIES GYM IS THE MOST FRIENDLY PLACE I HAVE BEEN GOING FOR 3 YEARS I WAS ALWAYS TERRIFIED OF GOING TO A GYM BECAUSE I THOUGHT I WOULD BE THE MOST OVER WEIGHT PERSON THERE AND DIDNT HAVE ANY CONFIDENCE AT ALL.THE STAFF ARE GREAT AND MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE & AT HOME STRAIGHT AWAY.THEY HAVE A GYM & TONING TABLES BUT YOU DONT REALISE THAT YOU HAVE WORKED OUT BECAUSE YOU ARE CHATTING AND LAUGHING ALL THE TIME SO THE TIME GOES REALLY QUICK.I WOULD RECOMMENT BODYLINE TO ANY LADY OF ANY AGE - I LUV IT !!

I would recommend Bodyline to any lady of any age who wants to tone up and enjoy a nice atmosphere and a chat whilst working out. The staff are really friendly and we have a good laugh while we work. The gym is only small but has everything you need and the toning tables are great for toning your muscles. It's a very friendly, relaxed place and it is a pleasure to go to - not like most gyms where you feel intimidated and lonely !

I was always nervous about joining a gym but when I went to Bodyline it was so relaxing and friendly I now go 3 times a week and really enjoy myself while using the gym and toning tables. There are lots of friendly ladies from 16yrs up to 76 yrs ! The staff and lovely and its so easy to lose inches while socialising and having a laugh. There are no ʼlycra queensʼ and you can have beauty treatments, body wraps, spray tans, reflexology, hypnotherapy and lots more while youʼre there. Totally recommended - but not for posers ! Come and join us and see for yourself.
