Business Manager - Sudbury

£20 -25k pa pro rata + bonus after 1 year: Part time 20-25hrs pw, flexible.

 

Small family business requires support role to manage day-to-day business from the Sudbury office base.  Duties to include:

 

  • Manage calls. Provide client solutions and manage service diaries.
  • Organise customer service bookings by creating a diary and arranging visits.
  • Manage the enquiries pipeline for follow-up contacts, keep in touch calls.                                           
  • Manage the working pipeline daily for hires, sales, training and aftercare

 

Media and Marketing

 

  • Prepare marketing packs for meetings with clients and training sessions.
  • Organise and promote events

 

Office and Admin

 

  • Manage calendars for sales, hires and maintenance contracts. Manage couriers for hires and collections including overseas
  • Stock management. Update hires and purchases enabling rapid response to queries. Work closely with operations director
  • Book currency exchanges for purchases in Euros and our Italian manufacturer KSP Italia to place new stock orders from Italy
  • Set up client records and manage invoicing. Maintain client records. Issue invoices.
  • Diarise and manage invoices to ensure timely payments are made.
  • Responding to supplier queries, filing relevant paperwork
  • Raise purchase invoices onto Xero accounting software
 It May suit a Business Studies college leaver or someone with business experience who wants to return to work.
