I cannot believe that in August, someone (unless they happen to be a disgruntled ex-employee!) could write such a lengthy, misleading review . This little theatre is a charming, friendly and fun place which puts on a good range of acts and is nothing like the description.

Great venue, nice bar upstairs. Seating is a little smaller than I personally like.
The technical depts ( sound & Lx ) contribute & enhance the wide scope of productions staged here.
A friendly staff help with the relaxed ambience in the venue.

Have numerous National Theatre showings and comedy events. Great location run by volunteers. Reasonable prices.
Only downside is the queues for the bar.

Went to watch The Return to the Forbidden Planet- funny and light hearted. Quaint and small theatre, but seats are comfy and they are staggered well so you have a good view of the stage wherever you sit. Nice and cosy bar. Not much parking but places around you can park and walk from.

Our local theatre. One of the best. Great place to visit. Friendly staff. Brillant atmosphere. Lots of variety of shows and entertainment. To locals in Sudbury if you haven’t been before then go. To visitors to Sudbury make sure you go. Finally support your local theatre as without you they won’t be able to provide you with great acts.

Such a great theatre. Last night we saw Rob Beckett hone his material for his tour and Joe Page another comedian. Both were great fun. The theatre is small and intimate, but the best thing is the variety of events they put on. We are regulars, it’s absolutely fabulous

Had a really good night at The Quay and highly recomend it as a venue for seeing a show. All the staff were welcoming, including Krystle who looked after us really well with a great bar staff team and volunteers. Looking forward to going back to enjoy another event there.
