David’s Cafe on Gainsborough Street, Sudbury, is a wonderful independent, café and restaurant, providing a selection of home made food, cured meats, pastries and delicious coffee.

David’s is a fabulous quality café and wine bar, selling a selection of home-made sandwiches, Suffolk hams, a hand-picked range of regional and international range of cheeses from Italy, France and Spain. Good produce is David’s passion and for the past twenty five years, he has been sourcing products, such has cheese, ham, wild mushrooms and truffles from around Europe, drinking world class coffee in the early hours of the morning in the markets of Paris, Lille, Barcelona, London and Rome.

Segafredo is an International brand of Coffee roasted in Bologna and has the quality of being one of the finest Coffees in the market place. David insists on the very best quality for his customers and there can be no exception

Always a pleasure to visit, you're assured of a warm welcome.  Whether you’re popping in for their excellent coffee (surely the best in town) or a pastry, you can be guaranteed a friendly service and peaceful atmosphere.

CHILD FREE ZONE

As a loving Grandfather, David adores his grandkids, however, David’s Deli is a child-free zone. He explains there are many family friendly cafes in Sudbury, but he wants to offer his clientele a peaceful welcome, where they know they can escape the noise of everyday life.
