My husband and I have been visiting Personal Best for many years. We always find the staff very helpful and supportive, and look forward to our regular visits there. Kristine has a wealth of chiropractic knowledge she uses to help treat clients and her practical and constructive approach are much appreciated. She understands therapy must be achievable to be successful.

Fabulous service from PB. Brilliant to have so many professionals under one roof and they will all work together to help you - e.g. chiropractor will work with a personal trainer to make sure you do the right exercises for your condition. Personal Trainers are great fun to work with and we love our conversations about food, wine (!) and rugby.

Carl and the team are amazing. I attend the Circuits class which is small, personal and motivating and gives results! Because of the smaller class sizes the experience is never daunting, especially if you are a newbie. The circuit changes from week to week to keep things fresh and the music choice is always very fitting! I have also used Kristine who is an excellent Chiropractor, working her magic on all types of aches and pains. The whole team are super efficient and friendly which just completes this experience. Highly recommended on all levels. Thank you Personal Best.
