Chris and I have been treated by Kristine over the past 3 years and really benefitted from the difference the treatments have made. We both enjoy working hard in the 'real and the zoom' gym, being active and running so to have Kristine keeping us injury free and helping us get rid of any aches, pains and strains quickly is very important to us. She does a really good job and is a wonderfully positive person to be with too! The booking system works well, the staff are always cheerful. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Personal Best are a wonderful. I visited them recently, suffering from a very painful back injury. Kristine arranged to see me at very short notice, expertly tuned to what I needed, and gave me a treatment that was second to none. I can't thank her and the team enough.
