The wonderful Julie put a new workout together for me this week. I've been using the gym regularly for about a year now and I've never been this fit before. The staff are great and the equipment is always in good condition. I've even started going to classes. The Fifth Dimension is the best

The best gym by far, approachable understanding easy to talk to staff (who always carry a smile) who not only inspire but support and encourage. Pleaty of classes on offer to suit all. They gave me the help and confidence needed to lose 5 stone! So heres to the next 5!!!!!

I have been a member for the last 10 months at Fifth Dimension and from someone who has never used, or even walked into a gym I couldn’t ever imagine how this journey would change my life. Having now lost just over 60lbs, I cant thank the dedicated team enough, they have not only helped me with constant reviews on my exercise program but also given me vital information on nutrition and diet, and equally important kept me focused and motivated on my goal. There is always someone on hand to help, a friendly relaxed and professional environment.
Fifth Dimension is a true leader in its field and I cant recommend them high enough. If I can do this, anyone can. From sitting around constantly tired to a new life now full of energy I need say no more other than THANK YOU!

The friendly atmosphere makes the decision to join the best I have made.
