We are very pleased with the way our BookCheck book-keeper has fitted in. She is very thorough and methodical, very pleasant and easy to get on with, she is prompt at responding to our queries. I noted how quickly she completed the VAT Return this quarter. We have been with BookCheck for around 3 years and they have fulfilled all our expectations of the level of service. Initially we prepared our own accounts but we realised that it had become more complicated. BookCheck won our account because of their Sage skills and their ability to remove our book-keeping hassle. We only spend a short time collating the information to be sent to BookCheck by post. Hassle free certainly outweighs the cost. Our external accountants like the work that is presented to them each year - it makes their job a lot easier.
BookCheck is extremely helpful, very easy to deal with and makes my job so much easier. We asked if BookCheck could supply management accounts by the second week of the following month. The management accounts are now arriving to this new timetable each month. BookCheck advised me exactly what they needed and by when to ensure they could achieve the timetable, this has made the process so much easier.

We were left in the lurch when a part time bookkeeper / credit controller left and we wanted better quality management information. I rate BookCheckʼs payroll service 10 out 10 last year and yes I would give the same rating now; Rogerʼs knowledge of payroll is excellent.
