Having been on many diets over the last 15 years, none of which worked in the long term, I had decided I needed to get healthy, fit, lose weight and feel better about myself and importantly keep the weight off and regain the figure I wanted to achieve. What is great is that Helen is always looking at me, checking I am doing the exercises in the correct way. We measured my body fat this week and I am delighted to see I have already lost 6 per cent body fat in seven weeks. I have lost a stone in weight, my cholesterol is now normal as well as my blood pressure. I can fit into clothes I never thought I would wear again. I have lots more energy than I have had in a long time and feel so much better. I will be continuing my workouts with Helen for the long term as we reach my short term goals and progress to the long term dreams. What is great for me is that Helen understands me and always makes me feel positive and able to do the exercises she sets me. I know I would never have achieved any of this on my own and I think Helen is great and would recommend her to anyone.

I started using Helen as a personal trainer in order to get fit enough to apply for the British Army.

Helen developed a personalised training programme for me which was specific to my requirements.

Helen not only has a passion for health and fitness, but also provides encouragement, support, patience and understanding.

Whilst I was training to pass the RAF assessment fitness tests I received personal instruction from Helen.
During my training with Helen I lost five and a half stone and reduced my waist size by eight inches.Helen also offered me advice on nutrition and diet which I have continued to follow.
I successfully completed my RAF fitness test and I will be forever grateful to Helen for her knowledge, understanding and motivational support but most of all her professionalism.
