I FOUND CAROLE TO BE VERY APPROACHABLE AND SHE WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO ME IN A VERY FRIENDLY MANNER, WHICH ANY LAY PERSON COULD UNDERSTAND. HAVING SHOPPED AROUND HER FEES WERE EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD VALUE. MY BOOKS WERE NOT KEPT BY HER FOR VERY LONG AND BECAUSE OF THIS, SHE WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME PLENTY OF TIME TO SAVE FOR MY TAX LIABILITY.
