I live in Stratford Upon Avon so Stamford was not the nearest town for me to source a vehicle from! I saw my MPV advertised at Project One on the internet in late 2009. From speaking to Kevin, the owner, on the phone - to arranging to view it, I was given sound, truthful advice. I had looked at a few MPV's which 'sounded' perfect in or around the Midlands region, but when I came to view them I realised they were all FAR from what I wanted or had been described to me. So I really didn't want to waste my time travelling such a long way for another wreck! I needn't have worried, I was delighted with their service and nothing was too much trouble for them. Even when there was a very slight problem within the first month and had to return the car, I did not have to drive all the way to Stamford again to sort it! I was met half way by Kevin and he gave me a car to use while mine was checked over. Once the adjustments had been made the same arrangement was made for return of my car. This is a genuine family run business - one in which every person working there is most helpful and professional in what they do. We have been customers of Project one for many years and feel we can trust the work that is carried out on our cars. We drive them with confidence, knowing that they are serviced and M O T by the same team. Not cheap but we feel safe on the road. One of our daughters has started to have her car looked after by Project one. Good efficient service and if there is ever a problem they sort it out without hassle.
