I was always a little bit intimidated by the thought of going to a gym and looking rather out of place,then I found Curves, and it is THE place to go to feel welcome and have a good workout without panicking about who is watching you! The staff are truly exceptional, their professionallism and friendly approach makes this place a joy to go to - and it made me reach my goal & lose 14lbs more importantly!!
