Step 1 - Assess and Audit; investigate and scan to identify the problems, then listen to the customer to hear how they want it to be and then report back in plain English
Step 2 - Secure and Stabilise; fix reported problems, set back-ups, the anti-virus and anti-spam, then cleanse and optimise. New kit is provided if necesary and most important have a disaster recovery plan.
Step 3 - Monitor and Maintain; via the national helpdesk, remotely or in scheduled site visits, we pre-emt problems and handle glitches
Step 4 - Continuous Improvement; we will advise on uprades, installs and training for business expansion and new starters and also for office moves using the latest cloud technologies.
