I came upon Bistro Le Coq when booking a place for a birthday meal.The reservation process was easy and we arrived not really knowing what to expect.It was top notch in both choice and flavour,authentic dishes with rich sauces and attractive presentation.The price was most reasonable and the different levels made the place feel alive but not crowded

This is an old pub with charm and characterand the plus is that the food is great,book early and get a table upstairs overlooking the church its lovely.No downsides to this place its very special

French food restaurant in the middle of nowhere.Lovely food,not cheap but good.Between Stafford and Uttoxeter .We have been three times and would go again.Yes Yes and Yes.
