I came here for an afternoon with my dad and younger brother,we used the swimming pool,which was lovely and relaxing and then we had afternoon lunch which we all really enjoyed. A very clean and relaxing place to go to unwind.

I have been a member here for a while now (not the most regular it must be said!) This placed changed management not long ago and I have seen an improvement already. Staff seems more helpful and they are now listening to their customers more. Still a great place to swim, workout and enjoy the bar / restaurant. Hopefully they will keep going in the right direction and not let standards slip again.

I would like to say how much my partner and I enjoy using the relaxing spa facilities and newly refurbed lounge area.
We are busy photographers and often get home to Buckden late in the evening.
There is nothing more relaxing than unwinding in their sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Lighting is low and calming and we could literally just drift off!
Afterwards we realax in the cosy armchairs in the lounge with a very welcome wood burning stove during the winter months.
The meals are delicious (we highly recommend the vegetarian chilli) and the cake selection is amazing!
Staff are friendly and welcoming.
All in all a lovely place to be, we would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a good umwind.

I find The Waterside Leisure Club a very personal gym, i feel like i am treated like an individual rather than a number, have got to know the staff by their first names, and find them very friendly and approachable. Enjoyable facilities, and the atmosphere for the social side is just what i need after a hard days work, especially the varanda overlooking the marina. The food is excellent too.
Having tried various gyms, i re joined, as i realised it was by far the best for me.
