I used St Neots cleaning company this week, it was the first time I had used a cleaning company. I have two westie pups and suffice to say my carpet had taken a battering ! and when they had cleaned it, it was beautiful - looked like it has just been fitted , very professional and friendly guys , gave me good tips for future carpet care and promptly gave me a date for doing the work after the quote. Would recommend to anyone , may need to use them again in the future for as long as I have dogs !! Exellent service. J Rose and pups !

What can I say about The St Neots Cleaning Company. They are the best. I look forward to coming home on a friday after a busy week at work to know that my house is spotless and that I don't have to do housework all weekend. I have been a customer now for 2 years now. We do have 2 cats and a dog so simple things like sweeping the kitchen floor daily are important. On one of my trips my husband finished work early on the friday to get home to make sure the house was tidy before I came back. (He had forgotten that my superstar Michelle comes in on a friday.) He told me she was worth her weight in gold when he walked into a spotless house and he could sit down and relax. Recently we had the house redecorated and I asked Steve if the carpets could be cleaned when the decorating had been completed. Within a week the carpets were cleaned to a very high standard.Superb prompt professional service.Thank you Steve and team, you make my life so much easier.

Eaton Socon Bowls club would like to thank Steve and Lee of St. Neots Cleaning Co. for the excellent service they providrd in cleaning our three soffas and carpets at our club. They arrived on time and worked for over four hours without a break. In the winter season our club doubles up as a football club so you can imagine the condition of the carpets and furniture! after they finished every thing looked like new. I have been a customer of St Neots Cleaning Company for over 2 years and can only say that they are fantastic. They provide a profesional tailor made service, have never let me down, allow me to be flexible and thankfully are great with dogs (2), cats (2) and kids (5 although only 3 at home now). Steve and Lee were an absolute godsend when two months ago we moved out of rented accomodation. This cleaning company has saved my sanity!!
A little dramatic, I know, but when you have a big house, a family, a dog that is constantly shedding and you go to work the house is in a mess 24/7! But now, thanks to the St Neots Cleaning Company I have a regular cleaner who is reliable and does a damn good job, and if she is on her holidays I have no need to worry as this great cleaning company will send a replacement so my service isnʼt interrupted.
The staff are all brilliant and a pleasure to deal with. : )

Gatehouse Estates is a local Property Management Company which manage over 300 properties in the St Neots & Bedford areas and after trialling various other cleaning companies throughout the years, I finally found Steve & Lee.
Steve, Lee and their staff are always very professional and completely trustworthy and over the last 2 years we have had no problems with allowing them access into any of our tenanted properties.
The St Neots Cleaning Company undertake all aspects of work from the very small to a full deep house clean. They treat every job in the same professional manner and their work is always finished to a very high standard - the oven cleans are amazing! Their attitude to working with a Letting Agent is a breath of fresh air as they are very flexible to any urgent clean that comes in, many has there been a time when I have had to call them the day before a tenant is moving in to plead with them to squeeze in a clean, which they have always managed to do – thank God! In the event of anything being missed (as after all they are human) they are more than happy to re-attend without fuss.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone that wants a good, professional cleaning company that doesn’t cost the earth.

One of the biggest things I most value about Steve and Lee and the St Neots Cleaning company is their committment to customer service. As a relatively new customer, they are always keen to know that their services meet your requirements, right down to the smallest detail. They have given me every confidence from the word go about having access to our home when we are out. Their oven cleaning is exceptional (so take the plunge Lesley B!) and I think they are real value for money. Steve and Lee provide an exceptional service with the minimum of fuss. I have absolutely no hesitation in letting their very pleasant staff into my home when I am not there, and I enjoy meeting and chatting to them when I am there. Everything is done to a standard and Steve and Lee are flexible in meeting sometimes differing needs for their customers. I would (and have) highly recommend them to anyone. I just wish I had the courage to ask them to deep clean my oven!!!!!!! They are a seriously good team.
