I have used the St Neots cleaning company for many years now both on a professional and personal basis. The owners, Steve and Lee, are great to deal with and have a real passion for customer care rarely seen in this line of work. The cleaning standards are amazing, i can compare their cleans to that of a frenzied mother on the eve of her daughters wedding before all the family arrive!! No stone, or cushion for that matter, is left unturned. From using them on a professional level I have learnt that they train their staff before releasing them on their own and even once the high level of cleaning standard required has been attained they are still then spot checked to ensure standards remain so very high. All in all I cannot praise this company enough. A true joy to deal with.

I have used this cleaning company for a number of years both for helping with Spring cleaning and Christmas cleaning, doing the heavy work. I now use them once a week for regular house cleaning. I have always found them and their cleaners to be reliable, trustworthy and good at their work. They are also reasonable. They are considerate of my cats as well. I regard them as friends as well as a cleaning company.

The St. Neots Cleaning Company did an amazing job of cleaning my oven and they didn't even need a chisel and hammer! They worked efficiently to get the job done and provided useful tips on how to keep my oven clean in the future. Their reputation for quality, service and high standards was second to none and I will definitely be using their services again.

Visitors who have seen the carpet before and after treatment cannot belive that the stains, caused by medication have been eradicated. Well done!!

Helpful, polite, accommodating and very efficient from first contact to final payment. They came, they cleaned, they left. There was no fuss, no sales talk and no gimmicks.

We asked them to clean the carpets in the flat we've just bought. There were two particularly grubby areas and the worst of them (inside the front door) actually looks like new carpet. If I have any more cleaning challenges they'll certainly be my first choice.

Max, the young man who came to clean the carpets arrived punctually, and was a really polite and pleasant worker. I am very pleased with the result, and will certainly use them again.

We highly recommend St Neots Cleaning Co - they have always been very efficient in their communication and the cleaning service is excellent. They are very accomodating - managing to clean my whole house at short notice for a big family party we were having.
I was very reluctant to allow strangers into my home whilst I was not there, but Steve was great and made me feel completely at ease, enabling me to meet the lovely ladies who were our cleaners. The cleaners have always been so polite and lovely and have gone above and beyond what I asked - I told them a couple of times to leave the washing up as we had not been able to do it the night before - only to find that they had done it anyway!! I used St Neots cleaning company this week, it was the first time I had used a cleaning company. I have two westie pups and suffice to say my carpet had taken a battering ! and when they had cleaned it, it was beautiful - looked like it has just been fitted , very professional and friendly guys , gave me good tips for future carpet care and promptly gave me a date for doing the work after the quote. They provide a profesional tailor made service, have never let me down, allow me to be flexible and thankfully are great with dogs (2), cats (2) and kids (5 although only 3 at home now). A little dramatic, I know, but when you have a big house, a family, a dog that is constantly shedding and you go to work the house is in a mess 24/7! But now, thanks to the St Neots Cleaning Company I have a regular cleaner who is reliable and does a damn good job, and if she is on her holidays I have no need to worry as this great cleaning company will send a replacement so my service isnʼt interrupted.

Iʼve been with Steve and Lee since January 2006 - they stood out immediately from the other companies I "interviewed" with a professional but friendly attitude and have provided a thorough, reliable and trustworthy service since the start. One of the biggest things I most value about Steve and Lee and the St Neots Cleaning company is their committment to customer service. As a relatively new customer, they are always keen to know that their services meet your requirements, right down to the smallest detail. They have given me every confidence from the word go about having access to our home when we are out.
