I have been a customer of St Neots Cleaning Company for over 2 years and can only say that they are fantastic. They provide a profesional tailor made service, have never let me down, allow me to be flexible and thankfully are great with dogs (2), cats (2) and kids (5 although only 3 at home now). I can highly recommend their service and have no idea how I would manage without them.
Steve and Lee were an absolute godsend when two months ago we moved out of rented accomodation. And because you are dealing with a company you have no concerns about trustworthiness, holiday and sickness cover and employer considerations.

A little dramatic, I know, but when you have a big house, a family, a dog that is constantly shedding and you go to work the house is in a mess 24/7! But now, thanks to the St Neots Cleaning Company I have a regular cleaner who is reliable and does a damn good job, and if she is on her holidays I have no need to worry as this great cleaning company will send a replacement so my service isnʼt interrupted.
The staff are all brilliant and a pleasure to deal with. : )

Gatehouse Estates is a local Property Management Company which manage over 300 properties in the St Neots & Bedford areas and after trialling various other cleaning companies throughout the years, I finally found Steve & Lee.
Steve, Lee and their staff are always very professional and completely trustworthy and over the last 2 years we have had no problems with allowing them access into any of our tenanted properties.
The St Neots Cleaning Company undertake all aspects of work from the very small to a full deep house clean. They treat every job in the same professional manner and their work is always finished to a very high standard - the oven cleans are amazing! Their attitude to working with a Letting Agent is a breath of fresh air as they are very flexible to any urgent clean that comes in, many has there been a time when I have had to call them the day before a tenant is moving in to plead with them to squeeze in a clean, which they have always managed to do – thank God! In the event of anything being missed (as after all they are human) they are more than happy to re-attend without fuss.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone that wants a good, professional cleaning company that doesn’t cost the earth.

One of the biggest things I most value about Steve and Lee and the St Neots Cleaning company is their committment to customer service. As a relatively new customer, they are always keen to know that their services meet your requirements, right down to the smallest detail. They have given me every confidence from the word go about having access to our home when we are out. Their oven cleaning is exceptional (so take the plunge Lesley B!) and I think they are real value for money. On a final note they are just nice guys and I donʼt hesitate in recommending them to others.
Steve and Lee provide an exceptional service with the minimum of fuss. I have absolutely no hesitation in letting their very pleasant staff into my home when I am not there, and I enjoy meeting and chatting to them when I am there.
