Have been going to Lucy for facials and massages for years now, her hot stone massage is great but I am now a convert to the chinese cups massage-it certainly irons out the kinks in my back muscles and really works. I would reccommend her to anyone!

Having suffered back and neck tension for many years, I visited Lucy a few months ago in an attempt to alleviate some of the discomfort. I was pretty skeptical at first but found that she made a difference straight away, and now I suffer very little pain or discomfort at all. I find her to be very friendly, and very well priced.

As a Beauty Therapist myself I am obviously critical but I can honestly say I wouldnt trust anyone else. Lucy is always friendly and her treatments are carried out in spacious, clean surroundings....great value too!

Lucy did my wedding make up last June and it was fantastic. Attention to detail and several trials, nothing was too much trouble. She also did my bridesmaid and my mum who all looked wonderful. Would hesitate in recommending Lucy for make up or any beauty treatments. I also had a package at her Salon which was extremely good value for money. Lucy is a friendly girl who will put your mind at rest if you are using her services for a wedding or any special event. She really knows her products and is always happy to help you with a new look and to try out her make up etc. If you use another beauty therapist but would like to try a new one in the St. Neots/Sandy area then please give Lucy a go, you won't regret it. Having only lived in St Neots for 9 months The Natural Experience feels very much like my second home! Lucy is a great girl and a very experienced beautician. She takes the time to get to know you as a person as well as your needs and is always happy to explain exactly what the treatment will entail.
I recently got married and Lucy was with me every step of the way with make up trials, advice and support. Bless her the poor girl had her work cut out on my big day but she made me look fantastic and what's more my make up looked fresh all day.

Thank you so much Lucy for helping to make my wedding day so special. My make up was so perfect and natural looking, it felt like it was barely there. It lasted all day and all night, which was great considering the amount of dancing I did. Your patience and understanding was amazing and helped keep me calm before the ceremony. You took everything in your stride including the additional unexpected makeover's of my mum and sister. You also made my daughter Libi feel as special as I did as she had a little make up too! Lucy is very knowledgable with regard to make up and skincare products and nothing was too much trouble. She did the make up for myself a slightly older bride at 41, my daughter who was bridesmaid at 22 and my Mum at 70.  All of us looked fantastic on the day as Lucy is very experienced, she knew exactly what would suit each of us.  She kept all of us calm but focused on the day and ensured we were all ready with plenty of time to spare. I would not hesitate in recommending any bride to be or bridal party to book Lucy for their big day or any other special occassion.

I have always come to Lucy for my nail painting as it lasts so long and she always has such lovely colours. She is friendly and makes you feel at home in her lovely little salon, tucked out of the way. I will continue to go here and have even started booking appointments for my boyfriend to have massages and facials. He loves it too!

I originally found Lucy on this website, that was over 14 months ago, since then I have had treatments on a regular basis. Lucy offers a fantastic range of treatments. Lucy is a really friendly and experienced beauty therapist. I have been going to her for almost 3 years now and have never thought about going anywhere else. She offers great value for money but without sacrificing any of the service.
She is flexible with appointments and has changed mine many times without hassle which is really helpful. She is also happy to offer her opinion on what would best suit you with regards to colour s etc. and I have gratefully accepted this advice when is comes to eye brows and not being able to choose a nail colour from the wide selection she has.
