Dave and his team from Swift have just finished an extention, kitchen and internal alterations to my house. Everyone worked hard and got the job done in good time, working beyond standard hours, in the rain etc to keep it on track as necessary. I've been pleased with the work and the level of communication was good - I felt that I always knew what was happening next. The best bit is that they've all been so friendly and 'can-do' about those inevitable small changes that you want to make along the way. Whenever there was a difficulty they came up with a workable solution. Recommended.

We have used Swift builders many times for alteration to our house in Eaton Ford, they have always kept to times and prices quoted. All work carried out to a very high standard, we would always recommend them. We are at the moment waiting for a quote for some more alterations to be carried out in the near future.

I own an apartment in Tenerife and 2 years ago I contracted Swift Builders to go over to Tenerife and refurbish the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom was completely gutted and a complete new refurbishment took place, wall tiles, new flooring, walk in shower unit, wash hand basis vanity unit and wc. new lighting and accessories. I was absolutely delighted with the results, at their professionalism, attention to detail and efficient manner in which they carried out the work. Needless to say, I asked them to return and refurbish the main bathroom at the apartment in November 2007 and likewise was highly delighted with the result.

We used Swift Builders to build a swimming pool in our garden,we found all the team at Swift very professional at all times and done a fantastic job.We also had a large area of decking done and it looks brilliant,we also got a little discount for keeping them in tea and bacon rolls so its worth asking the question,all joking apart these guys are all very genuine people which is a must when you are having work done at your home and you need to trust people,and being local guys you know where you are with them..all in all this company will always get my work in the future and i wish them all the best in there search for good quality customers
