St Neots has a fabulous 25 metre pool plus a lagoon and slide offering a variety of sessions for all ages and abilities. Our 'Swim 4 Life' lessons scheme offers a diverse range of lessons for the absolute beginner to the more confident swimmer across all age ranges: babies to adults.

Great fully equipped gym, including power plates, also on site spa facilities.
We regularly attend the family sessions with a 4yo and a 2yo and we have always felt very happy with the service provided. We particularly love the fact that there is not an age limit on the slide, as little ones are often banned from slides.
My daughter is doing the crash course with Mandy. She is thoroughly enjoying it. I have been impressed by the teachers differentiation skills and todays assistant Harry was superb in his interaction with the children. He has a lovely manner and was proactive in assisting the children.
Excellent job on the pink pool for cancer day, well done all! We all enjoyed the swim in the morning as a family with friend,s and the boys loved that it was still pink for lessons @ 5pm. Would love more like this, other colours for xmas and charities.. Well done again!
I love pilates, and the yoga-type class taught on Tuesdays is fab!
I would just like to say how inspirational I am finding the classes taught by Julie K and Jamiela. They make exercising fun and have helped me out with my posture and level of fitness so much!â
Excellent new equipment in a clean environment to work out in. The showers are kept clean and there are lots of lockers and there is plenty of room. The hairdryers are great for my long thick hair! The classes are of abundance! The instructors know their stuff whatever class you take, whatever time you take it.
My children have thoroughly enjoyed their swimming lessons here for the last year. The progress they have made is excellent. The staff at the pool are always polite and very helpful.
This is the first time we have been here with our grandson for football. Everybody seems very helpful & welcoming...
'Little Strikers' my son attends the football sessions for under 5's and he likes it very much. Its a good session for them.
Modern changing facilities and a much improved reception area makes the refurbished St Neots Pool a great place to go. Excellent teachers will hell help your children to swim.

The staff are really friendly and the quality of facility is of a high standard. I enjoy playing badminton, and do so every week, the changing rooms are clean and tidy.
