I have used Kate at Premier Plus twice to assist me with mortgage advise and both times she has been super helpful, responsive to all my queries and actively looks for the best rate possible which is so important in the current climate! I would also recommend Hannah and Helen who have also been really helpful throughout the house purchase process. There are no words that can sum up the support that premier plus and Estelle offered. Our situation was very unique due to some personal events and the whole team were so creative, passionate, quick and driven to make it work. They were hit so many roadblocks but were quick to react, quick to offer a solution and quick to get to work to put the plan into action!

I cannot fault the service and communication through the whole process. Carl, Sarah and Hannah, we’re prompt in their responses to any query I had.

Premier Plus Ltd have been amazing whilst helping us arrange a mortgage. Very, very prompt communication, had one long phone call to gather all pertinent information and the rest of communication over email.
