Ongoing problems with email on mac, iPad and iPhone swiftly sorted. Even Apple failed to rectify the issues. I've had difficulties getting anyone to help with apple products in the past but Shaun didn't hesitate.

I have used Shaun several times since I moved to St Neots, and cannot recommend him highly enough. He ALWAYS turns up on time, which not everyone does, seems to know everything about everything techie, and manages to put up with my questions, which I'm sure must be excruciating for him at times, as I am a 50-something technophobe! If turning it off and on again doesn't work, it's time for me to call Shaun again! Thankfully he is patient, manages to explain everything to me in plain English, and his costs are more than reasonable too, which is always a bonus. A genuine five star service from a particularly polite young man.
