Just had Micheal round to fix a problem with our leaking bath and pipes. Very good and very reliable, turned up when he said he would even though he was ill. Would recommend Micheal to all.

We needed a new boiler as ours was always breaking down and Michael was recommended by a friend. We desperatly needed something doing as the weather was so bitter and having very young children. Michael arrived on time, took a brief, then very quickly sent a quote. He had listened and taken on board everything that we wanted. He then bent over backwards to fit our new boiler and two more rads a few days before finishing for his christmas holidays! He is fair on his prices and we are very happy with the results. Michael is a very experienced plumber who has carried out a variety of work for us over the past few years including installing an ensuite bathroom and removing a gas fire. We have known Michael since we moved to St Neots. He installed our new boiler in June 2001 and has serviced our heating system and dealt with any issues ever since. We had a new bathroom and ensuite fitted by Michael in January 2006 which we were delighted with. Our house was built in the eighties and has microbore (slim) pipes. Whilst we are not in the market for a complete replacement of the underperforming pipework Michael has worked miracles to maximise the potential of what we have. Working prior to Christmas when the flow failed leaving some rads cold he managed to make the house as warm as we can remember in the teeth of the cold snap. We have retired our electric plug-in heater in the conservatory to the loft!
We believe him to be good value, concientious and reliable and would happily recommend him to anyone.

We asked Michael to carry out a boiler change and changes to some radiators. As everybody seems to find, he was punctual, friendly, informative, fast and well organised. The work itself was excellent and the system has worked without problems from the beginning. And, the price was fair as well.

I doubt that there is anyone better in this business in and around St. Neots, but I'm sure that there are many who are worse. We have no reservations about recommending Michael to anyone wanting a first class installation or repair.

He visited, gave advice, found the problem and put us on to a specialist to obtain the parts, then didn't want to charge anything. Today he fitted a new water tank.The job was faultless.When I gave him a cheque for the quoted amount he reduced it because he had got a better price for the tank and fittings than he had expected. We totally agree with the other very positive testimonials. Michael installed a cloakroom and central heating system as part of our extension work. He carried out the task very efficiently and professionally, with minimal disruption and as previously mentioned, tidied up thoroughly on completion. He was cheerful, friendly and helpful at all times, and provided advice freely when asked about other plumbing matters. We would very much recommend Michael without hesitation.

Michael came to us this morning to connect up the gas supply to a new hob we'd just had fitted, also to replace two stop cocks that had seized up. Not only did he do a thoroughly efficient job in a neat and tidy fashion (and at a very reasonable rate) he actually returned here within 4 hours of being taken to hospital with a worrying health scare that came on at short notice. Thankfully, he was OK and none too worse for his ordeal, but it speaks volumes for Michael in wanting to finish the job he started and make sure we were totally satisified. Which we were - 100%. I hope we can use him again some time, but in less stressful circumstances as far as he's concerned, and we'll certainly recommend him to others. A true professional.

I have had trouble finding a good plummer in the past but not anymore.
Michael fitted my new boiler,shower and put new valves on my radators. he did this with my kids running around,he did a great job and was great with the kids too.
Then two weeks later i was fitting my new washing machine and i got a leak(another plummers work!!!),i called michael and he was here in minutes and sorted the problem,what a star.

We had been putting off the inevitable for a couple of years, but we finally received a quote from Michael Watts to upgrade the heating system after having him recommended by a friend. He was very reliable and efficient, and dealt with problems as and when they arised without further cost. We are so pleased with him, that we have cancelled our annual DD to British Gas for their Boiler maintenance service, and shall be using him instead. We were worried about call out times in case of any problems, but not any more - we had a leak on a radiator, and he came the same day to fix it!

Having been let down badly by another local plumber I called Michael. He came around immediately and I now have a working shower.
My previous plumber will never be used by myself or friends again, our custom is now entirely with Michael.
