From the initial visit to the shop, the whole process of measuring, ordering & fitting was carried through in an extremely efficient manner, all dates were met & we are really pleased with the results.

Earlier this year we had our stair carpet replaced and we were so pleased with the result and the friendly helpful service of all concerned we did not hesitate when we decided to replace the carpets in all our bedrooms. Jason has a friendly laid back approach which leaves you feeling that YOU have made the decision not some pushy salesman. The two young men who did the work were friendly, polite and quick. For practical reasons we needed them to do the work in two phases and this was accommodated without fuss. From choosing the carpet to completing the work was less that two weeks, no waiting about for stock etc. We're currently planning new lounge carpet for next year and of course Jason will be our first choice.
