We love them because they made us feel completely at ease in our engagement shoot. Steve the photographer is so easy going and possesses a great deal of skill in photography. for my birthday my mum set me up a photography shoot with some of my bestfriends. All of my friends loved the photos and so did I! we had so much fun all the time, it wasnt boring atall but also 100% professional, wouldnt ask for a better way to spend my birthday. the pictures are amazing!! the lightting and positions are the best and very, very creative. i would recommend image development 100% !!

Absolutely brilliant! The kids and I had our photos taken and we had a really good time doing it. Even my 14year old son was relaxed and enjoying it!I was so pleased with the results that I went back again with my sister to have some portraits done for our parents!I can't recommend Image Development highly enough - they really do go that extra mile to make sure you are happy with the end result.My kids are already asking when we can go and have some more pictures taken!!!

Steve completely exceeded our expectations. He went completely out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable with him and his approach and the package that we ended up with. He was great on the day and was able to manage my unruly family even though people kept disappearing at inopportune moments. Everyone that I show the pictures to loves the style of them and the presentation of the finished album which truely captures the essence of the day. He took some beautiful pictures which we will treasure forever and he even managed the most difficult of tasks, he got pictures of my wife when she wasn't blinking. Paul & Debbie.

Myself & my two daughters have recently had a portrait sitting done with Image Photography & I have to say it was a lovely experience. My daughters were put at ease straight away by all members of staff & especially Steve. Having photographs taken I find a little embarrassing but I have to say it was great. The photographs were fantastic & the service provided was brilliant. I viewed & recieved my photographs within 10 days.I will def be recommededing Image & will no doubt use them again.Thankyou very much
Very friendly, professional with an amazingly creative talent. Took wonderful pictures of our wedding day, whilst keeping it fun for us and our guests (many of whom commented on how much they enjoyed having their picture taken by him, this was great as sometimes at weddings it can get a bit boring waiting round for endless photos and being barked at by unfriendly photographers- not with Steve!). Four years later Steve took the most beautiful photos of our gorgeous baby son and despite having not seen us for a while greeted us like old friends. Our little one had a few health problems and wasn't the easiest 'subject', but Steve was great with him, and us! Also Julie was superb when we went to chose the pictures we wanted, really friendly and helpful and again, great with our boy! We cannot recommend Image Development highly enough, both Steve and Julie will make you feel really welcome and their studio has a really family friendly vibe. We will definitely be back! Steve did a great portrait shoot for me and I was very pleased with the results. I really liked his attention to detail with the lighting and backgrounds and he was really was easy to work with. The whole team made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and I would definiteyl recommend them.

Our daughter Evie was photographed when she was only a few weeks old. The experience could have been stressful but it was totally enjoyable. In fact it was so relaxing that Evie slept all the way through the session........just as well really as we wanted her to have her eyes closed for this set of photos! Didn't know what to expect when turning up for a portrait session, but withing minutes of walking in the door Steve made us feel at home. He explained what would happen and how he would do it.The whole experience was an enjoyable one, even for myself who was mainly watching. Steve asked for your opinion/input and he listened to what you had to say. We opted for the album option and the results were amazing! Id where in frequent contact giving there advice/suggestions on what would look the best/what would be the most suitable option. Would recommend ID to anyone!!

image development are fab i collected all my photos yesterday and it was very sad saying the final good bye as steve and his wife become our friends . his work is amazing he works really hard to get the shots what you wont my wedding was very big and steve got a shot of every person there he all so didnt make are day feel like it was just standing having pic takin he just got lost in the crowed and got his job done i would never use eny one but steve i cant w8 to use steve again ! and i will be driving 80 miles when ever i have a little one because image development has the most amazing shots of babys in there show room i loved them so much thank you for every thing and thank u for putting up with me and mum from MATTHEW Christie curtis

My brothers (13 and 10) and I (16) went for a picture for our dad. We found the whole experience entertaining and fun. We have had a few proffessional shoots before as a family and this was by far the best!! Steve made us have fun together and he made us all laugh. Not only that, but he gave us a whole range of creative poses (jumping, walking, stood posing and sat posing) to try so we our Mum could get any desired effect she wanted. Although we felt weird about not letting our Mum watch us have our pictures taken - as she has before - it was definitely the best idea. It meant all of our cheeky characters could come out without worrying about getting told off by our Mum :) therefore the pictures looked great!We'd like to thank everyone at Image development for a great day and the opportunity for some great presents!

Me and My boyfriend went and had a Baby Bump photo shoot done with Steve! We found this amazing, So much fun! Not once did either of us feel uncomfortable (even with no top on) Steve was very caring as im heavily pregnant always checking i was comfortable and felt OK! We went to have a Bump photo shoot last week and cant praise Steve enough, We were both unsure of what to expect as we hadnt had professional pictures taken before and the bump shoot was quite an intimate shoot as we both removed our upper half of clothes - not once did either of us feel uncomfortable and me being heavily pregnant felt well looked after the whole way through being constantly asked if i was ok with various shots.... and to top it all off the pictures were amazing as we viewed them on Monday!!! Top place and Top Photographer! Highly recommend the Bump and Baby Package :)
Had a photo-shoot bought as a Mothers Day present. Was very nervous as I do not like having my photo taken. Very warm welcome. Totally put at ease throughout the session, and ended up thoroughly enjoying it. Would recommend to anyone thinking about having photos done.
First of all a HUGE thank you for doing the photos at our wedding – you were superb and lots of people have commented how nice you were. So anyway, Mat and I (and Luke!) are back from honeymoon now and really excited to see the pictures.
It is 55 years since my last photographic session. I am usually very nervous but the time spent was very helpful and encouraging. The final portraits of both of us are stunning and totally professional with subtle lighting sympathetic to age!
From the very start of the process, at our family studio sitting, Steve made us feel relaxed, happy and really special. Balancing his absolute professionalism with fun, we enjoyed the session so much that afterwards, we all said we wished it wasn't over.When we returned to choose our photos, Steve again made the process easy - the only hard part was not being able to choose each and every one of the shots!Finally, now that our chosen prints have arrived, we are thrilled with them and can't wait to show them off to family and friends.Thank you, Julie and Steve, so much!

I wanted photos taken of my In-laws for my husband as a present, I was nervous for varous medical reasons, but I needn't have worried. Steve soon put my in-laws (who are in their late 70's) at ease and he soon had them laughing (like teenagers) and relaxed. This resulted in beautiful prints reflecting my in-laws true personalities! Tony was very impressed with the results and loved his present. Everyone comments on the photo on our wall and we will soon book a group family booking. Thanks again Steve.
We booked our daughter Sophia (20 months) in for a portrait sitting at i-d image development. We found them to be very warm and friendly, and they made Sophia feel very comfortable - she took to Steve straight away and really enjoyed her time at the studio. The photographs are all excellent, the quality of the photography is amazing, and every shot was worth buying. They captured her personality and expression perfectly. We are really very pleased with the portraits we bought and would definitely recommend i-d image development. They are a very professional, friendly, and well-run family business.

The studio was like a film set and my wife and I were made to feel like the stars. Our portrait sitting felt like a great day out and the final results were just brilliant. Thanks for such a great day and even the coffee was great too.

Steve was the photographer for our wedding and he took some great photos and put together a fantastic wedding album. He has also taken several photos of our twins, not an easy task but he was very patient and got the pictures that we wanted.

Having alot of pictures from New Zealand Steve's knowledge and profesional eye helped me select a cross section and with his advice Steve was able to have them mounted direct onto a board with great effectiveness, I now have a beautiful pictoral memory of all dimensions of my holiday. I recommended him to two friends who have since used him for their wedding as they were as impressed as I was with his proffesionalism, care and honesty. His photographic skills of making everything look so natural and a sitter feel comfortable are second to none. I have been using Image Development for a fair few years now and would always go to Steve for any special pictures as I know he will get the best and most original pictures possible. Both Steve and Julie are extemely welcoming and friendly and will always make you feel sooooo relaxed. All my pictures (And there are a few) are incredible. I highly recommend you give them a call. From my wedding alone I know a further 5 brides booked their weddings photography through Image Development.......! I don't need to say anymore.
We have used Image Development for our Playgroup photographs and have found the service very professional and the parents are all really pleased with the children's photographs.
Steve and Julie are very friendly and helpful.Nothing is too much trouble, they give you time and above all sound advice on how to achieve the required result. If you are not sure precisely what you want, they will make suggestions and make you feel at home.The end results are worth every penny and I would recommend them without hesitation.

The photo of Spike is beautiful - it went up on the wall as soon as we got it home, and all the family and visitors we have had since have all commented on how brilliant it is. I really didn't think that we would get such a good photo, but of course that was all down to Steve's patience and expertise - nothing was too much trouble, and as you are both so friendly, it was easy to relax enough to get the photo we wanted.
