On schools and proms..
We say... School photos don't have to be dated and boring. We pose every child with great care - and we donate a part of each photograph purchased to the school. Naturally, as photographers, we're CRB checked. For Proms, we know just how important these occasions are - so our photographs are fun based with everyone individually posed. No attendance fee charged and there's no obligation to purchase.

We have a wide selection of frames and display ideas to help you present your cherished photographs - from bespoke framing to block wraps for wall hanging. Our acrylic mounts include four images, one large, three small, printed, laminated and mounted to the face of a 15mm clear block and then bonded to an acrylic frosted back plate, with aluminium studs in the corners for wall fixing. Photographs are printed on true silver photographic paper and finished with a satin seal to protect them.

I would recommend Steve for several reasons. He took great pictures, he's "very" patient when I just couldn't make up my mind. But most importantly he was SO ethical. In fact talking himself out of business. I would have bought twice as many photo's and spent even more money than I should, but Steve was so honest he advised me on the ones I didn't really need. I loved them so much I would have had them all!
If you are considering having a special portrait done, be it as a family (like us) or as a couple or whatever, then I would strongly recommend Steve & the team. 100% great people, warm and friendly. Brilliant photography skills, wonderful results and aftercare. Thanks guys. 5 Stars..Chris
Fantastic afternoon in the studio with 4 generations of our family having various group and individual shots taken. throughout the time it was fun, entertaining and best of all the resulting pictures are superb. Thanks very much to all of the staff at Steve at ID Photographers.
I would like to say that I attended the photography course run by ID Photographic in April and found it excellent in all respects. More than anything it has given me the confidence to go and experiment with the manual settings on my camera and not just stick with the safe ‘auto’ mode. Thanks very much.
I had some lovely pictures taken by Steve. The whole event was fun. All the staff had a great sense of humour, were professional and put me at my ease. The pictures were ready for collection on the date they had given me. It is a hard-working, pleasant environment. I was very happy with the results.
I attended a weekend photography course with Image Development last weekend. It was thoroughly enjoyable and extremely useful. Steve and Tash were so welcoming and helpful. I learnt a huge amount about setting up a photograph and about my camera, in particular the session on Sunday on metering was so useful! Now to get of automatic mode and keep shooting in manual!
Thank you for a most enjoyable two days; good company, an informal and relaxed introduction to photography and lots of fun! I finally have an idea of what the camera is capable of; I now have to hone the skills to make it happen - may take some time but it will be an enjoyable journey. Thanks to you all.
Both my Sister and I attended a beginners course in photography, run by Steve and Tash from Image Development. It was a lovely way to spend the weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole event which was delivered in a relaxed but informative way. There was fun throughout, lovely biccies and just was a really good way to be introduced to photography. I wanted a professional image for my LinkedIn profile and so scheduled a sitting with ID. Sitting in front of a camera is not really my thing, but I really enjoyed it! The guys at ID were professional; managed to make me continuously smile; and provided a great result. Highly recommended!
We have just had a sitting for a family portrait with Image Development and had such a fantastic day! Steve, Julie and Natasha make you feel so welcome and at ease as soon as you walk through the door. We didnt know what to expect but Steve was great in making us and our two year old very comfortable. We collected our photgraphs a few days ago and are thrilled with the results!! Would receommend them to anyone!!
I attended a beginners course at Image Development last weekend. This I found to be so informative I cannot wait to get out and about using my camera. The explanations given by Steve and Tash on the camera usage and settings were so clear and engaging that it makes you want to get the most out of your camera. If in any doubt about going on a camera course please try this company. You will not be disappoined
The quality of the photography is evident from the images on the website and in the window of the studio. Further to this and just as important are Steve's attention to detail, patience and great sense of humour which make you feel very relaxed. We took our new born twins into the studio today for our first of three sessions and were a little nervous about how they would react. Steve made us feel very relaxed and captured some fantastic shots which we cannot wait to view. I have also experienced Steve's work whilst best man at a friends wedding. Again his sense of humour had a big impact and I can speak for the bride and groom when I say that they were ecstatic with the end product. Thanks Steve, Natasha and Julie. We had a voucher purchased for a group photo with 2 special little boys we have looked after for some years. They are quite lively and the studio session was great fun and we managed to get some lovely photos. I would recommend Image Photography to anyone - gone are those stiff poses and false smiles of the past. We got some unusual and memorable shots which we shall look back on with affection for some years to come.

When our wedding photographer unexpectedly cancelled, Steve stepped in like a knight in shining armour!! He managed to fit us in his diary and was very calm and professional - even though we were panicking that we didn't have a photographer a month before the wedding. Steve was exceptional the entire way through the process - from the initial consultations, photography on the day and the viewings after. He made everyone feel at ease and got the best out of even the grumpiest of guests!! The photos came out amazing and we are truely grateful to Steve! My girlfriend and I recently visited i-d with our 8 month old pup Bailey, having previously read up and viewed Steves' images we were pretty sure we were coming to the right place. Being a tad sceptical with how Bailey was going to behave w... e brought him to an environment that was very welcoming and calm, Steve and his team ensured Bailey was attentive and waited out for the right shots. We are both awaiting the final outcome and are very excited to see something we will treasure for a lifetime. We chose the baby package and felt we got a great deal. The photo shoot was done in a very relaxed and informal manner which meant we got the best from our daughter. When viewing the photo's we were overwhelmed at the quality of all of them. Once we had chosen they advised us of the best product not because of price. Very pleased with the service. Would use again.
Have just completed a 6 week course. I found the course very knowledgeable an d most enjoyable. My photos are so improved and I now can understand the different parts that make a good picture. I woould recommend this course to every one.
