I knew I needed some electrical work undertaking at the house, but was unsure of what really needed doing.

Ian came and did a full thorough circuit check (which incidently is excellent value, even if just for piece of mind) for a very small charge, providing a clear and concise report afterwards. Highlighted "must dos" and gave me the confidence that he did not just over spec the job to suit what he wanted to do.

We discussed the report, and as alot cheaper than I feared before calling Ian, we were able to add a few "nice to haves"

Ian returned to complete the job. His quote was a conservative one, as was his estimation of time needed. So Job completed within cost and time and no fear of the quote being "cheap" with increasing costs whilst on the job.

Throughout, Ian was professional, curtious, polite, respectful and tidy.

I have no hesitation in recommending him, and am almost disappointed that because of the good job he did it may be sometime before I need him again!
