All staff are really friendly and approchable, especially Mark & Nick! Excellent equipment, I like the treadmills with the Tv's! Pls get some more of them.. Keep up the good work.

Was a member here about a year ago, had to give up due to work commitments, love to go back some time. Found them friendly, helpful, always a good buzz to the pool and gym area. Very clean and proffesional. Highly recommended especially for the classes they organised. Hope to get back into it very soon.
