Glycon Ltd provides a professional, efficient and outstanding service. My experience as a customer has been faultless. I had a problem with my heating system which had been fitted by another company. Glycon was able to fix my issue the same day (due to my son having pnemonia and just coming out of hospital heating was essential) I couldn't ask or wish for better service and certainly appreciated the extra hours that were put in by Dean to resolve my issue. Thank you Glycon Ltd, would definately recommend, costs competative but the feeling of confidence that the job has been fixed and to a very high standard and done corectly is the best a customer could ask for.
Dean has installed a new canteen boiler and carried out some regular maintenance work here at our offices in Sandy. Dean just returned to give our new boiler it's first year service. It was great to have him visit again a year from fitting our new bathroom / toilet and the boiler. His customer service is excellent and I feel completely confident in entrusting him with any jobs we need doing in the future around the house. Dean and his guys were excellent, I planned the works with Dean about 6 weeks beforehand. He told me excactly how long the works would take and where we would be each day - everything was done exactly to the timescales. When here Dean and his guys were very helpful and accomodated "those little changes" - every day was spotless when I got back they really seemed to genuinely care.Quality was very good I'm really pleased with the works. Dean kept in very close contact and was a pleasure to deal with - would definitely recommend Dean and Glycon if you are considering some works at your house.

Dean responded extremely well to my recent boiler issue, accomodating servicing needs and working around my hectic schedule with a really professional attitude. I have to say his communication was possibly the winner for me - I knew at every stage of the job what was going on and when the next contact or visit was necessary. Dean has created an amazing bathroom and separate toilet in our home, absolutely to the specification we wanted. He is a perfectionist and every part of the job was done with expertise and care.He also fitted our new boiler and changed the location, also giving us peace of mind that he will come back and service it each year so we don't get caught out in the colder months.Finally we were let down last minute by another builder who was due to do some other work for us, and within an hour Dean had made some calls and the work was rearranged to be done the next day, earlier than we expected at the same price we had been quoted.We were really happy to have him and his team in our home as they treated it with care and respect despite it effectively being a building site for a bit,and would happily recommend him for all aspects of home improvements.

Dean was very friendly and professional, whilst working he maintained an extreemly clean work area, he kept us informed of the progress on a daily basis. When he had completed the installation he took time to give a demonstration on how to operate the new boiler and filter system. This company has done 2 jobs for me. Fitting an En Suite making the best use of space. 2nd removing an old gas fire and fitting a new one. In both cases the work was carried out in a timely manner, the workmen courtious and professional and all requests met. I will definitley use them in the future.
