Our experience of Giggs & Co has been excellent. We have dealt with the company for both sales and renting since they were established. Their approach has always been very professional with a personal and understanding touch that makes you feel they are looking after your interests. As you know the house had been on the market for some time with a number of well known estate agents in the St.Neots area, and did not sell.
Their answer to this predicament always came down to the price being wrong even though it was a figure that they had suggested.
After weighing up the pro’s and con’s we decided to put the selling of the property into your hands as you were the new guys on the block, so we were hoping you would be more pro-active. For which you proved us right.
It was not the easiest of sales due to its location, but you both worked extremely hard and were always on hand to give good advice when needed.

"Giggs are a class above most estate agents. We had a number of challenges buying a property in the area due to it being listed and the fact that our solicitor was useless. This could have alienated the sellers, but Matt at Giggs kept relations good by mediating every step of the way. I’m sure your aware better than anyone one the reputation that Estate Agents have had over the last 20 years , And if I’m honest ( in my experience ) it was a reputation well deserved . However dealing with Giggs has been a completely different experience all together , Everyone of your exemplary staff seemed to be “ In the loop “ with every aspect of my property in Saviles Close, All information at every point in the process of selling the property was relayed to me before I ever had to pick up the phone to ask, If you said you would do something , it was done ! I wanted to take the opportunity to thank Joe and Olly for selling my house and looking after me throughout the entire process. When the house went on the market initially with another agency there was plenty of interest but no serious buyers, it was only when I moved to Giggs and Co that things started to look up. The service from Giggs was pretty much faultless in our eyes. Natalie is an absolute GEM, totally proactive and on top of her game. I have not had chance to thank he properly yet as I have been feeling so so rough, but she really was fantastic, keeping us informed every step of the way and really holding the chain well together. Would absolutely recommend you guys and when the time comes I am sure we will work with you, though do not expect that to be for some time yet!
