We have always been very pleased with the quality of workmanship carried out by Giles Wagstaff and his Ecoflo staff. We have used Giles to carry out lots of jobs within our home, from sorting out a faulty radiator to a complete re-furb of our en suite bathroom. On every occasion, the work done has been to a very high standard and he leaves the area clean and tidy. We also feel that Giles is a thoroughly decent chap whose price structure is fair and clear and who always gives his honest opinion on what needs to be done and what doesn't. A man you can trust.

I was recommended to get in touch with ecoflo Kitchens and Bathrooms by a friend who had recently used them to design and install his new kitchen. The company website was very impressive and the testimonials for past works gave me confidence that they could deliver quality craftsmanship. They designed, supplied and installed the kitchen and I'm delighted with the end product and would highly recommend their services to anyone wanting a new kitchen. We've also instructed ecoflo to refit both our bathrooms this spring.
I recently had a bathroom installed by ecoflo, i found them polite easy to talk to and very professional, arrived when they said they would and job completed on time i would not hesitate to use them or recommend them.
If anybody has come across this web page with the intentions of having a new bathroom installed as I did, then I would recommend looking no further then Ecoflo. Giles and his team took nine days to transform my old dowdy batheroom into a new modern shower room both professionaly and spotlessly. Could not recommend more highly, look no further
We were hugely impressed with ecoflo from start to finish. Everything from getting initial advice about what we could do with our bathroom, through to the final finished room was excellent. We were happy to have them in our home, and always felt reassured that they were doing the best job possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family, and in fact we already have.
We have a number of properties on our farm in Cambridgeshire. We have used ecoflo to design, upgrade and install several bathrooms. The first job was to convert a spare bedroom into a large functional bathroom in our bungalow. Ecoflo designed the layout and advised what they believed to be the right equipment. It included a whole new hot water system in the form of a mega-flow hot water cylinder which transformed the old low pressure system. The room consists of a toilet, sink/vanity unit, large bath with shower/screen and a heated towel rail. Now we have a modern, functional and beautifully installed bathroom which is a pleasure to use. The project was completed in good time and on budget. Because of the success of the first bathroom, we have since used Eco-flo to fit a new bathroom in the main farm house and also fit new hot water cylinders in other properties. We have always been very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the speed and minimal disturbance caused when working. We wouldn't hesitate to use Eco-flo again and I would recommend them to anyone, however big or small the job.
I have used Ecoflo for my Bathroom and most recently my Kitchen. They have done a superb job on both occasions, I could not have wished for more. I will always call Ecoflo for all future jobs and highly recommend their work, I feel relaxed and happy when they are on the job. They are passionate about their work and you can see they care in the high spec of the finished product. I know that I expect the best and with Ecoflo I get the best.
After coming into the kitchen one morning just before Christmas and seeing drops of water falling from the ceiling, I called Giles in a panic. Within 15 minutes he was in the house and had located the problem. The trap under the shower tray in my daughters en-suit had cracked and broken. It had been badly fitted to accommodate a modern, slim shower tray between a joist and the ceiling below. I was very upset as I thought he would have to remove the tray and several tiles that might be very difficult to replace. Giles very quickly reassured me with a much better plan of action and sent a quote direct to my insurance company. It was all agreed in days and Giles came back, removed an area of ceiling from the kitchen below and cut away a little area in the joist to make sure the new trap was sitting properly so it doesn't happen again. He then re plastered over the hole and came back a few days later to paint and make good the whole ceiling so there is no sign of any work done! Thanks for a great job with a clean and tidy finish and for mopping the floor too!!
Giles and his team refitted two of our bathrooms and were with us for nearly three weeks during that time my wife and I found them to be very professional, clean and tidy in their work (especially as it seemed to rain most of the time!). We now have two bathrooms which we are proud of and have had several friends stay who have commented on how nice the bathrooms look. I have recommended Giles to my friends and would not hesitate in recommending him to others. I hope his business continues to be successful, if he keeps up the standard we had I’m sure he will be.
We used Ecoflow to design, supply and install our bathroom and kitchen. We found them to be very professional and hard working. The build quality was excellent and they completed the job on time and on budget. We would recommend them to anyone thinking of using them.
We had our kitchen, winter garden and downstairs WC completely renovated by EcoFlo in late 2012. The work was carried out whilst we were away on holiday and we returned home to what felt like a brand new house. The quality of the work was outstanding, and has since become a major selling feature for the sale of our house this year. Giles and his team have recently re fitted a master and ensuite bathroom. Giles is excellent at talking through ideas and coming up with suggested alternatives and work arounds when necessary. The quality of finish is excellent and during works the team really make the effort to ensure there is as little disruption as necessary and very tidy! Giles has also been more than happy to sort out minor tweaks required after the full fit to ensure I was 100% happy. Ecoflow would be my first port of call when doing anything further around the house!
Having seen the Ecoflo vans driving past my local area, looking very professional; I contacted them via their website about designing and fitting a kitchen for me. Mr. Wagstaff came over to give me a free estimate and I was very happy with the price quoted. Central heating I wanted to give my recommendation for Giles Wagstaff (Ecoflo kitchens and bathroom ltd). Our central heating failed us in the middle of winter and Giles came out straight away. He was quick to discover the problem and offer us advice and options as to how to fix the problem. Once he started the work he was punctual, tidy and a pleasure to have in the house. I have no hesitation in recommending Giles (Ecoflo) for any plumbing and heating needs. Bathroom We have used Giles Wagstaff (Ecoflo kitchens and bathrooms) on a several occasions now to resolve different projects in our house. We would highly recommend him. He is very friendly, efficient and always competitive. Giles arranged for a small team to completely strip out, design and re-do our bathroom. This involved removing wall tiles and all existing fittings. He then arranged for the team to tile, change the electrics and refit the new bathroom. The bathroom was completed in 4 days and looks fantastic.
