I found Craig after walking past his van and then checking him out here on The Best of St Neots! I wanted a new kitchn fitted and on calling him I discovered he was also fitting my neighbour's kitchen. Craig came round initially within a couple of days to have a look at the job, where I gave him some photos of what I was looking for - a country style kitchen. After taking some measurements Craig came back with a number of options. Craig also met me at builders merchants to look at kitchens and recommended a tile shop too. He has a lot of patience as I kept changed my mind on things. and his recommendations were invaluable when I got stuck. On the day of the kitchen fitting, Craig turned up on time and wasted no time in ripping out my old kitchen. After a number of problems with previous dodgy wiring and having to take the ceiling down (unplanned but necessary due to previous shoddy buillding work) the kitchen was completed and looks amazing. The quality of work is outstanding and I've had many comments on how lovely it looks. I would higly recommend Cromwell Proprerty Services.
Craig did a wonderful job on the shelving and door (which was an awkward, fiddly job)that he cut and fit for me. Craig was on time, kept the work area tidy and everything was finished to a high standard, I was very impressed. I would use Cromwell Property Services again and highly recommend them to anyone else.
We chose Craig Re: Cromwell Property Services to reburish our kitchen for us, as he came highly recommended. Our kitchen was rather dated, and in need of a fresh, bright, modern look. The work included the conversion of a pantry/larder to enable us to utilise the space to its full potential. Craig made several visits to us, drawing up plans & discussing with us how the kitchen would look at its best. He was most helpful, from beginning to end, and with a few problems encountered along the way, nothing was too much trouble for him, and he did a first class job. Craig did a lot of work for us on our house refurb including a complete new kitchen installation , new stud walls , mutiple doors both internal and external,en suite, and many other jobs. He is a very conciencious worker with a very broad range of knowledge and treats every job with the same care and attention no matter what the size. We were extremely pleased with his work, punctuality and tidyness and have no hesitation in recommending him to anybody who is looking to have work done on their house.
craig fitted some rear folding doors for us which were quite big and a bit of a job,he did a great job and was very tidy,he even came back to adjust them some time later to make sure they were perfect,lovely chap

Having had a new hearth installed, smaller than the old one, we needed new skirting board on either side. I thought it might be a problem to get someone to come out for a relatively small job (but one we couldn't do to an acceptable standard). Craig returned my initial phone message very quickly and was happy to take a look within a couple of days and came to do the work a few days later. He did a fabulous job. He is also a very pleasant chap to have around the house. Would have no reservations in recommending him to anyone. Also charged a very fair price.
Having used Cromwell Carpentry & Property Services in summer last year to renovate our loft space, we had no hesitation in getting Craig back to renovate our en-suite just prior to Christmas. In spite of us requesting the work at probably the busiest time of the year, Craig still managed to fit us in and completed the work before the Christmas break. He was always on time, friendly and courteous and the person he appointed for the shower re-tiling was of a similar nature. We are extremely satisfied with the work and it's given the space a new lease of life. Craig did a fantastic job fitting our kitchen recently. Although the supplier (not booked through him) sent a number of items that didn't fit properly he spent a considerable amount of time making it fit but adjusting what we had. He also popped back and added the doors when they arrived four weeks later. He is punctual, meticulous, and charges a fair price for quality work. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.
Craig fitted out our loft space in June 2010 to provide us with a huge amount of additional storage. This also included the provision of proprietary access and lighting. We were really pleased with the service Craig provided from start to finish. He was always on time, friendly and available to chat on the end of the phone when needed. And granite manufactured stone work surfaces which are brilliant. Craig takes great pride in his work, and works to a very high standard. He is a very friendly and trust worthy craftsman.
