I brought a vehicle from A1 Autocare just under a week ago. They were brilliant from start to finish. Had to take it back this week for a little repair and yet again they have been brilliant. I would most defiantly recommend this company to anyone. customer service has been amazing!

After receiving a quote from Marshall Peugeot in Peterborough for work to be carried out on my car which was in excess of £700 I called A1 Autocare, I was asked to bring my car in for inspection. I took the car in that day, my car was inspected whilst I waited. A1 Autocare quoted me £63.00 (including labour & vat) for the work that was required to get my car through its MOT. With other work needed, but not urgent, this other work would only cost £80.00 all inc, I was under no pressue to have the work carried out immedialty. The MOT work was carried out a few days later and I couldnt be more happier with the service I received. A great company, friendly professional service and prices that dont take your breath away!

A1 autos have just fitted four new tyres on my car. The service was excellent as normal. Dropped the car off the night before and picked it up the following day as agreed. Highly recommended will always use them for all of my work.
I use A1 autocare for all my car repairs, servicing and MOTs. Very impressive service. Friendly and approachable staff who don't charge the earth. Even with quite an old car they still manage to have it running smoothly and reliably. Wouldn't take my car to anyone else.
I had my E39 530D superchipped yesterday at A1 autocare, their service was so good I decided to come on here and let others know. The performance difference is extremely noticeable and well worth the money, the car does not shake now when idle and is just generally a nicer car to drive! Richard (I believe he is the owner) was very chatty and is also a fellow BMW fan, he even replaced a bulb for me free of charge! Lovely friendly service, free Tea and Coffee while you wait! Highly recommended! A1... A+!!!

Massive saving on fuel I drive a 3 ltr TDi A8. This is a very big car and with the miles I travel in a year uses a high amount of fuel. 18 months ago I went to see the guys at A1 Autocare about the super chips re map on my car. The guys there were very helpful and told me how I could improve my MPG and also increase my torque and BHP. I went for the upgrade which I must say made such a difference to the performance of my A8 and also the fuel saving has paid for the upgrade in the first 4 months. I do 45k miles a year and with the MPG my car does now to what it use to do I have saved over £1000 in fuel in 1 year. This is a saving no business can afford to ignore. Nigel Rata

These guys offer the best Garage service I have ever had. I've been using them for around 5 years. They know what they are doing and I totally trust their Service. No hidden extras and always ask before adding anything to the job. Both our cars are serviced by them and I've never had any problems. Great stuff chaps, keep it up.
I was impressed by the open and honest approach whilst repairing a fault on my cars A/C system. The fault was not easy to find and required due diligence and determination. Simarly the same attributes were shown whilst fixing and adjusting the braking system. I have dropped the main dealer and will continue to use A1 Autocare for my cars needs!

The battery died on my car and both key fobs stopped working at the same time. First I thought of going to a main dealer. Previously I had used A1 autocare for the van servicing and decided to give them a call. I spoke to Richard about the battery and keys he said no problem let me have a look. I picked the car up the following day and everything worked beautifully. I left feeling fully satisfied with all aspects including their customer service. In the past I have left a main dealer feeling totally ripped off. With these guys you feel that the job has been done to a very high standard and happy to go back.
We do not know what exceptional means with the regard to very good servicing, but if it means honest people carrying out their work requested (plus the extra mile) at a reasonable price and giving good customer service: Very exceptional.
