One of our aims in this class is "to challenge not torture" so don't be afraid of the class name, there won't be any drill major style shouting like some Boot Camps, just positive encouragement and coaching.

The classes are varied in their structure due to our centre being designed specifically for the delivery of functional exercise which is based the 7 natural human movement patterns of the squat, lunge, bend, push, pull, twist and gait (walk, jog and run).
We have two difficulty levels available for Boot Camp Classes, classes are labelled as either Beginner/Intermediate or Intermediate/Advanced. If your unsure of which to attend book for the Beginner/Intermediate or call us for further advice.
