We have a through selection process which includes:

• Proof of identity
• Confirmation of address
• Check of written references

Our Cleaners must also attend a detailed interview & training session which covers cleaning practices, reliability and health & safety

We also encourage you to meet your cleaner prior to them commencing work; to outline any special requirements & preferences

• The same domestic cleaner each week
  (With cover for absences such as holidays)

• Select the hours you need  (2.5 hrs per wk minimum)

• Insurance cover & travel included

• Logging of Hours Worked - Cleaners log in & out via our TimeLine system (logging in by  your telephone using a freephone number on arrival & departure)

• Customer Advice Line (Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm)
