After several years of Interflora flower deliveries being more leaves than flowers and not lasting very long. I came across Perfect Moment Florist. All of the bouquets they have sent to my mother over the last 3 years were excellent. Plenty of flowers with a compliment of foliage, long lasting and the delivery service was excellent. She was disabled so quite slow coming to the door, but having advised them of this, there was never an issue with needing a repeat delivery. They send an email with picture of the finished bouquet to the person that ordered the bouquet, also detailing that it was delivered. Great customer service!
When my mother passed this year, I used Perfect Moment for the funeral flowers. All 4 of the bouquets were amazing and exactly what we had discussed Mum would like. They were customized from the standard bouquets/pictures and the team were very friendly and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of their kindness during a difficult time.

The service was first class from the moment the telephone was answered. The beautiful flowers were delivered on time and a picture of the arrangement was also emailed to us. Not knowing anything about this florist it was excellent to know the flowers were of the quality that we had hoped for. I would not hesitate in using this florist again or recommending them in the future.

Excellent service and beautiful flowers. The flowers arrived when requested and looked lovely. In addition to the message to say they had been delivered I received a picture of the flowers which was not needed as I was there but a really thoughtful touch. I will definitely use again if I need flowers delivered in that area.

Absolutely first class service - ordered choccies flowers and a balloon last night at about 9pm - all delivered at lunchtime and photos sent to me too to show what they all looked and confirmation if time and place of delivery. Cannot recommend highly enough - super job !

Thank you so much to Jade, who made a beautiful bouquet for my cousin in Redbourn and sent me a confirmation email with photos of the flowers, and they were delivered the same day!! As I live in Australia now this made it much more personal. Above and beyond what I expected. Best customer service I have received from a company in ages. Would highly recommend!!!

Ordered flowers this morning and were delivered by a lovely driver to my mother. The florist Perfect Moments are so reliable and email to tell you your flowers are delivered as well as sending you a lovely picture.

This florist is one of the best I know! They can create the most amazing bouquets from just a few 'simple' stalks.... I'm not very good with floristry ....producing what I can only describe as WONDERFUL and such good value. They are helpful, kind and listen to what you want. Can't rate highly enough!

This is a fantastic flower shop - the flowers and plants are kept brilliantly fresh and they have some unusual, beautiful flowers. What I like is that, although they have the most fabulous bouquets (which I haven't yet managed to buy) I can pop in and spend just a few pounds and I still get great service - I am offered a bag, twine etc. It's a lovely experience and proves that local shops really matter: the small things they do can make a big difference to a day.

After researching florists in the St Albans areas I came across Perfect Moment Florists. They certainly lived up to expectation! Fresh flowers, listened to timing requests and delivered a personal, friendly and reliable service.

After several Interflora deliveries that were heavy on foliage or wilted quickly, I decided to try Perfect Moment Florists a couple of years ago. Best decision ever! The bouquets have always been great, plenty of flowers and long lasting. Delivery is excellent and for the latest bouquet, I received an email confirming the time it was delivered and who signed for it, in addition to pictures of the actual bouquet sent. Very happy with all aspects of this business.
