I recently used Our Builders Ltd to have my bathroom refurbished. On completition I am very happy with the finish and the standard of workmanship. At all times the guys were polite and made a point of tidying up in the evenings. I would recommend Our Builders Ltd to anybody considering having work done in their home.
Max gave us a detailed quote in paper for our bathroom renovation to replace shower/tub, toilet, sink and retile. We are very satsfied with the finished job. The tiling (by Stennit) in particular looks very good, especially because the concrete floor underneath was in bad shape. The job took a bit longer than expected, but price was competitive.
I would highly reccomend employing Our Builders Ltd for any domestic building work. We have just had the front of our house decorated, and the job was completed on time, the builders were friendly, and neat, and tidy, and the house looks great. Max Dixon was in contact with us at all times and was very helpful in arranging other small jobs to be carried out aswell. I will be asking tham to quote on installing a new bathroom in the future.
I used this builder to carry out a complete refurbishment of my detached property in 2004 it was a substantial assignment with all aspects of property improvement involved . I received expert guidance throughout the works and was entirely satisfied with the final result. The proprietor managed the project throughout and demonstrated very high expectations of all the personnel involved. The attention to detail was outstanding. Everyone involved was friendly, polite,clean and tidy. The second time I used the firm was to install new fencing in my garden, once again a very satisfactory outcome. I have used Max Dixon of Our Builders Ltd to carry out 3 major pieces of work to my property. In 2004 they carried out a loft conversion and since then I have had complete kitchen and bathroom renovations. The quality of the work on all three occasions was excellent and Max and his team did three things in particular that builders are not always renowned for. First they answered the phone or returned a call immediately, second they turned up when they said they would and third they cleaned up after themselves. I have been very pleased with all three pieces of work and felt whilst the building work was ongoing, Max and his colleagues were very respectful of my home. I have no hesitation in recommending Our Builders Ltd for any domestic building work. They have done large and small jobs for both my parents house and my own and in each cases the workmanship, quality and timeliness of delivery has been first class. The builders are always polite, work to time and keep you informed of progress throughout the lifetime of the job.
Good workmanship and site attendance. Completed the job in good time and happy to adapt to tweaks in the brief as we went along. Competetive price and was always at the end of the phone. Would certainly consider using them again.
