We go to Master McGraths every Xmas for Xmas day lunch and have done for the past 5 years.It has always been fantastic! However we never seem to go at any other time of the year just for a meal,so we went last Saturday night,and what a meal it was!! I simply could not fault it at all.As far as I am concerned this is THE best place to eat in Southport! The food was superb,plenty of it,at a reasonable price,attentive staff,great atmosphere..just unbeatable on every count. If you have not already tried it..you have a treat in store.

in early August 2008, I had the lamb hot pot for lunch. The lamb had been slow cooked and was delicious. The poataoe and red cabbage were very tasty. The spinach had a good green colour and was delightful and the onions and chips were superb.
My (elderly) parents had (delicious) fish and chips.
The service was friendly and helpful and the lunch was one of the best i have enjoyed for a long time - and i eat out a tremendous amount in the City and West End and and throughout the UK.
I do not normally recommend restaurants but this was excellent value and a superb lunch. MARTIN NICHOLLS, HAMPSTEAD, LONDON

Fantastic food at great prices, brilliant atmosphere, would definitely recommend for any family / work party. Saturday nights are brilliant, biggish dance floor, staff are really helpful and quick to serve. Fantastic!
