Weʼve just joined Dunes and went along for our induction. The array of machines in the gym looked rather worrying, but after Andrea had taken us round and explained very patiently how to use each one and how it would help our fitness programme, we felt a lot more confident. Our session went quickly, and we our looking forward to meeting our personal trainers next time. We finished off with a swim and sauna. The staff are friendly and the whole place is bright clean, warm and welcoming.
