Under new ownership, Helen & Chris welcome you to their family run guest house in the centre of Southport.
Accommodation at the Copplehouse comprises 9 rooms, including doubles, twins, family rooms and singles.
All family, double and twin rooms have en suite facilities. One of the twin rooms offers ground floor accommodation.
Children are very welcome and we have cots and high chairs available.
All rooms have television and tea making facilities. Hairdryers and irons are available from reception.
The Copplehouse has a large comfortable lounge with TV for the use of guests.
Breakfast, which is served in the spacious separate dining room, offers guests a choice from the buffet followed by full traditional English breakfast using local Southport produce.
If you are looking for accommodation in the centre of Southport, the Copplehouse is perfectly situated. All theatres,conference centres, restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. Golf courses are a short drive away.
There is a patio area in front of the guest house, and ample free parking.

July 2010. My husband and I and our very special friend who is 89 have just returned home after staying at the copplehouse southport for 3 nights. What a wonderful surprise to find such friendly and welcoming people as Chris and Helen, they made our stay a great success, we cannot fault anything the cleaniless, and the breakfast, and the rooms, everything you would find in a five star hotel, even down to the toiletries in the bathrooms, will certainly book there again

Me and a group of friends (16 in total) stopped at the Copplehouse for the Southport weekender. We couldnʼt have asked to stay at a nicer place!! Helen, Chris and their family looked after us so well. They did everything they did to accommodate us and more. Nothing was too much for them and they managed to cope with a rowdy bunch of people from the Midlands. I would recommend the Copplehouse to anyone and we would definitely stay there again!!
i stayed here with family for 2 nights and we couldnt have had better service in the Prince of Wales. the food was excellent, the rooms were very modern and extremly spotless. Chris and Helen do an excellent job of making you feel at home. this b & B should be 10 stars. thank you chirs and helen
we stayed for 2 nights and all we can say is that the rooms were excellent, clean, modern. the food was excellent, you couldnt have wanted for anything else. chris and helen made us feel really welcome and i felt that i had known them for years. they couldnt do enough for us to make our stay perfect. in fact family stayed else were at the prince of wales and we had better service than they did. well done chris and helen, and we will be back and we will be recommending you
Very helpful and friendly. Chris and Helen made my stay of 3 weeks a real pleasure. Both my boys (8 and 9) will miss staying there. We look forward to staying there again in the future.
We spent nearly 5 weeks at the copplehouse whilst visiting relative at Southport hospital. The service we recieved was beyond our best expectations. Excellent breakfasts and all those extra bits of help were well appreciated.Good luck with your new enterprise - you deserve to succeed. We are definately coming back.
have just had a fantastic 3 days at this hotel, the welcome was fantastic and service is of the highest quality, we have a young baby and the owners went out of there way to help us with bottles and everything the rooms are lovely and clean and the food is of the highest quality we will definately be going back to the the copplehouse to stay again helen and chris are the friendliest hoteliers i have met in all my years of going away they made our holiday complete and truly enjoyable i would recommend anyone to try this hotel once and they will not be disappointed
